Anakin being a higher level physically in no way guarantees him a victory. Gillard also says there’s a mental aspect which was key in Obi-Wan’s victory. Because Anakin advanced to quickly he never mastered the mental aspect, unlike Yoda and Mace. Even if he gets past Obi-Wan he’s not getting past Mace or Yoda who are physically comparable yet mentally superior.

Or he can just outlast him with his Sidious level force reserves...

It's debatable whether Mustafar Vader is more powerful than Invisible Hand Anakin or not, both are stronger than previous incarnations though for sure. Anakin had difficulty seeing Palpatine and Windu duel from sheer speed in the office duel which makes me believe he isn't on that level.

The idea of Anakin's psyche breaking to a point where he becomes beatable in combat is completely baseless, and given the only instance of anything resembling it occurring also had Kenobi holding an environmental edge, the only evidence on the subject actually contradicts your POV that he can replicate it on neutral ground.

He couldn't follow through, so this is irrelevant.

Nick alludes to the mental aspect because it's what let Kenobi triumph on Mustafar, but due to the fact that this fight is on neutral ground it doesn't have the same environmental circumstances, and thus Kenobi cannot leverage Anakin's mental inadequacies in the same way, ergo physical superiority is all that's relevant.
