I'm assuming this is Dark Lord Kyp Durron without Exar Kun's spirit involved. If you assume that peak light Kyp Durron was full potential Kyp(likely Vong War) then I'd suggest DS Kyp probably wins via the sorcery hax Kun taught him which Kyp would never use post-JA. I guess you can make a similar argument for Master Kyp's knowledge and experience providing an edge. They're equally powerful if you assume Master Kyp during Vong war has also achieved his full power.
