Legends disparity would mean even this Galen blitzes and Ahsoka dies.
If speed is considered around the same level then Galen wins after a while. He is out of Kota's ragdoll tier who brought down that entire station. Maul, who's best feat is the hyperdrive feat, ragdolled Ahsoka out of desperation and outdueled her despite jobbing at the end. Galen will start to lose an extended duel and be forced back onto his force abilities where he destroys Tano.
