Jedi Master Tau Idair has a good shot.
She is established as one of the most powerful Jedi Masters, and she is capable of replicating telekinetic showings of Darth Malgus in isolation.
She is noted to be an excellent duelist and among the limited number of survivors of the Great Galactic War and the subsequent war with the Eternal Empire which is not by accident.
The Jedi Order is virtually non-existent by the time of the events of The Onslaught expansion set. Jedi Masters Gnost-Dural and Tau Idair are among the few survivors, and The Alliance Commander is making it possible for the Republic to counter moves of the Sith Empire.

Tau's superiority to Malgus is trumped by Obi-Wan's superiority to Luminara Unduli.

Tau isn't superior to Malgus. Obi-Wan casually stomps her.
