RotJ Vader vs:

Round 1: TPM Yoda.

Round 2: AotC Yoda.

Round 3: RotS Yoda.

Round 4: ESB Yoda.

What happens? No lightsabers and no force based attacks allowed.

Well since physical augmentations still allowed, Yoda's still too fast for Vader. Vader's armor might make it tough but I'd back Yoda. 

Considering Mace can tear apart droids with his barehands Yoda can probably do the same.

Yeah uh Vader crushes him like a tin can. I'm not ignoring Yoda's Yoda's strength either, but he has two options, he can either: run circles around Vader throwing tiny hits and kicks but failing to do any significant damage, or try to take on a 300 pound cyborg wrapped in blast armor who is packing Anakin tier strength

Yoda destroys, lol. He's matching Palpatine's strength, who can handle Savage with one arm. Plus he's far more agile and quicker.

An injured Vader picked up a far more powerful version of Wankatine against his will, carried him for a few feet and chucked him down the shaft.

That was an incredibly amped Vader, who caught an out-of-control Palpatine by surprise.

That's independently collorbated feat-wise, considering Ben and Luke can match (ANH and ROTJ respectively) Vader's physical strength.

Overrided by G canon, i.e. RotJ script, which says that Vader was weaker than before.

Ben *meeting a less powerful version of Vader in a blade lock doesn't mean much because RotJ Vader is 10 times stronger than ANH Vader, Luke met Vader in blade lock doesn't mean much either, while Luke is equally skilled as Vader, bladelocks are rarely actually proportionate to hand to hand combat, in a physical brawl Vader would beat the living snot out of Luke before he can say father.
