Vaapad amped Mace vs Vjun amped Dooku

Who wins?

Mace. The power Dooku had on Vjun is probably less than what office Sheev wielded, so Mace's vaapad isn't gonna clock out

If you referr to amp he receives in Palpatine's office, he wins. However if that's not the case, Dooku wins.

Mace, and it would only help him if he fought Dooku amped or he was on Vjun himself

Mace with or without Vaapad.

I have yet to see why base Mace (even if he can use Vaapad against Dooku) can match Vjun Dooku.

How is Vjun Dooku < Office Sheev necessarily? Dooku nearly matches Yoda who's also amped. It makes sense that an amped Yoda > Office Sheev.

Sidious' mere holographic presence made Dooku feel aged and weak. Yoda being amped is also based on an author statement. Yoda is also before some of his trials, such as meeting the Priestesses. YDR Yoda is not < ROTS Yoda.

How much of a boost do you think Yoda got from overcoming these trials?

About to sleep so hope a short answer's fine, but he basically learned to accept and overcome his inner demons, rise above material desires and emotions, and basically transcend. He more or less did a Buddha, so I'd assume the emotional growth (which was huge as he even saw the Jedi, including his closest friends, die) and the consequent power growth would be at least noticeable.
