Yet Savage Opress himself could 1v2 on-screen against Dooku and Ventress. Adding Grievous is too much. Dooku lacks the physical fitness to match all three.

Savage was rage amped. There’s no way we can count that as a usable showing. Dooku can simultaneously ragdoll all three of these guys.

Savage had an insane rage amp.

Rage amp can be used under any circumstances. It is not a temporary amp like Vjun, other dark side nexuses or talismans. It is related to Savage's own raw power. Not to mention that is a pre-prime version for all of those characters. They all improve meanwhile Dooku stays the time. Dooku's physical restrictions will be the reason why he loses here. And Grievous will give him Talzin treatment while he is busy with the two other Force Wielders.

Savage's amp came as a result of intense emotional and physical abuse coupled with shattering Ventress' control over his mind. It's not applicable to a normal amp.

By exploiting an opening that had Dooku on the back foot against his strength from the start.

Savage hates getting electrocuted Dooku's Sith Lightning anyway, so I wouldn't rule out the idea that Dooku will zap him enough times to make snap.

Savage got Dooku on the backfoot because Savage was swinging his lightsaber at him. That can happen again.

This is what happened:

Dooku is zapping Savage, causing him immense pain.

Ventress is ordering him to ignore that pain (orders he apparently can't refuse) and he keeps getting hurt.

She starts emotionally abusing and insulting him on top of his existing pain and injuries.

Savage becomes so enraged as a result that he completely snaps, shattering the control.

This is not something he can normally do. It was due to a very specific set of factors acting in unison that caused him to completely snap and go absolutely berserk.

Savage got Dooku on the backfoot because because Savage was swinging his lightsaber at him. That can happen again.

He cuts into the middle of Dooku's duel with Ventress, forcing Dooku to retreat. He then lands a lucky hit that Dooku tries to parry instead of outright dodging, knocking the Count backwards. No reason that Dooku with experience of Savage's strength would let this happen again, nor would he underestimate him.

And what's going to stop Ventress from insulting Savage again? Ventress hates Savage, and this is Dooku vs Ventress & Savage & Grievous, not a free for all.

It's not a matter of the insults. She can't force him to attack again and again and get hurt, so he'll strike when he thinks is right. He's highly unlikely if not all but guaranteed not to be able to reach that level of rage again because the catalysts for it that when combined caused this immense rage amp aren't present.

With or without the rage, Savage possesses the strength and ferocity to push, even overcome Dooku's defenses. Even if Dooku manages to hold on a foe as strong as Savage, this time teamwork between Ventress and him will be united against him. And Grievous will also be too fast for him to handle while he fights his two other apprentices. He most definitely loses sabers due to insane physical disadvantages and his Force powers cannot save him from in round 3.
