Literally all Jedi in history vs literally all Sith in history

Sith have far more powerful characters than jedi, and while Luke is the strongest of all of them, he probably wouldn't even be able to beat Sidious and Nyax at once. 

However there are two points in favour of jedi. One is sheer numbers, and the fact that their powers are far more useful in teamfights. People point out all jedi combining their forces against Exar Kun, but that was since A) the three greatest masters of the order were dead, and B) Exar Kun was on a dark nexus and in the middle of a ritual draining countless massassi. 

You then have teamwork abilities like battle meditation (and masters like Oppo, Urr, Nomi, Bastilla, Jeth, Yoda, etc. to use it) and wall of light. While Sith certainly have better abilities/destructive power individually we've also seen how the abilities can go out of control with enough lightside interference (Sidious's force storm), and that they often exhaust them (Naga's solar flares). Honestly once all the masters use their battle med to gather all the jedi forces into one unit the pure lightside presence might just cause the sith's powers to destroy themselves, and once you add a wall of light most sith would go out instantly, likely even mid-tiers. 

A common theme in SW is that jedi can beat sith easily once they unite their powers properly (Like Exar Kun's ultimate death to initiates)

I don't even think sheer numbers would help the Jedi when they would just get drained to be honest lol.

Well, Nyax isn't a Sith my friend Cheth. Luke is more than enough to deal with Sheev, Yoda and rest should be capable of beating Krayt, Plagueis and rest will surely be overwhelmed by sheer numbers.

Jedi win every time, that's the nature of the force.
