eh idk tbh. ok so sith would be DE sidious, Krayt, Caedus, Plagueis, Dooku, Vader, and the rest of the really strong ones. i think that the Sheev tiers for the sith outweight the Sheev tiers for the jedi. they might win.

The Sith honestly. The heavy hitters cancel each other out but the Sith have far more mid-tiers.

The only person that can stand against DE Sheev is GM Luke, but back Sheev up with Kun, Krayt, and all the banites and It's not unfathomable to see the sith pulling a win. Not to mention the sith have what is essentially multiple instant death creators in the way of nihilus's drain, sheevs force storm, and Kun's sith sorcery. Most of which are techniques long forgotten on how to even defend against for most combatants.
Overall sith, but it's close

Vastly more powerful to the point where it’s hilarious
Barring Yoda and Luke, the Jedi can’t compete in terms of force abilities
Unless they all attempt sever force which will be Suicide as they’d be open for attack

Meh, Mace, Anakin, Revan, the Outlander, Yoda, GM Luke, Yaddle, etc. are firmly above most of the Sith in SW. The only exceptions would be Sheev, Vitiate, maybe Krayt, maybe Plagueis, and a handful of others.

Changed my mind.
Canon
Jedi. The Sith are pretty unknown and their only high tiers are Vader, Sidious and maybe Dooku. By contrast, the Jedi have Luke, Yoda, Anakin and Mace, and for mid tiers they also have Obi-Wan, Ahsoka Tano (Rebels), Kanan Jarrus (season 4), Eeth Koth, Kit Fisto, etc while the Sith only have Lord Momin and Darth Maul so far.
Winner: Jedi in a near stomp.
Legends
Sith solidly. The Sith have Vitiate, Sidious, Plagueis, KFV and Tenebrous, while the Jedi's high tiers are Yoda, Luke, the Outlander, Zonakin and Mace. Luke is above anyone on the Sith team but DE Sidious > the Outlander, Mace and Yoda, while a Plagueis/Vitiate tag team can deal with any single high tier person on the Jedi team or stalemate/hold off an Outlander/Zonakin/Mace/Yoda two-man team for a while.
High tier battle: Chances are that Sidious will immediately target Luke, while Vitiate will go for the Outlander and KFV goes for Zonakin, leaving Plagueis and Tenebrous to take on Mace and Yoda. Mace and Yoda are individually more skilled and more powerful than either of the two Banites, but it will take them time to beat them. KFV will beat Zonakin eventually, the Outlander should eventually beat Vitiate, and Luke will eventually beat Sidious. Luke will be exhausted after beating Sidious, as will the Outlander. KFV will then be left to fight Mace and Yoda by himself, who will probably handily beat him, especially if they have help from Luke and Zonakin.
Alternatively, Sheev and Krayt (if you consider him a high tier; I put him in betwen) might gang up on Luke and defeat him, drastically changing the outcome of this conflict. The high tier Jedi's victory relies on Sheev being eliminated to win. If he's not, and he's not exhausted, they're losing. Luke is the only high tier who can beat him here. A team of Mace and Yoda (and Zonakin, probably) would be able to beat Sidious, but there's simply too many high tiers who are comparable to them in power.
Mid tier battle: The Sith have Marr, Darth Revan, Bane, Caedus, Krayt, Zannah, Darth Baras, Darth Thanaton, the Dread Masters, Emperor's Wrath, Lord Scourge, Darth Malgus, Darth Vader, Count Dooku, Darth Maul and Darth Nox. The Jedi have the HoT, the Barsen'Thor, Obi-Wan Kenobi, Yaddle, Fay, Satele Shan, Ahsoka Tano (Rebels), Yarael Poof, Eeth Koth, Kit Fisto, and the rest of the B-team.
The Sith clearly have a pretty massive power edge due to Marr, Revan, Malgus, Krayt, Baras, the DM, Nox, the EW, Vader and Dooku. Any of these are above almost everyone on the Jedi side (except Obi-Wan, HoT, Satele, Yaddle, Fay, Yarael Poof and the Barsen'Thor, who are all ~/< Malgus, Revan, Krayt, Vader and Dooku anyway). The team also has better duelists in Marr, EW, Scourge, Malgus, Vader, Dooku, Maul and Krayt. The Sith should honestly manhandle this tier.
Once the mid tier Sith have finished pummelling most of the mid tier Jedi then dogpiling its aforementioned MVPs, they gang up on the high tiers. Luke and the Outlander will be exhausted from their respective fights and will be overwhelmed, while Mace and Yoda are both much stronger than almost everyone on the mid tier Sith side but will be tired (especially Yoda) and will also go down due to sheer numbers.
Winner: Sith.

And would it work? Tales of the Jedi portrays a sizeable contingent taking out just Ulic Qel-Droma by himself, and it was thousands of Jedi who imprisoned Exar Kun when was empowered by the entire Massassi race. Odan-Urr by his lonesome failed to take Kun out with the Wall of Light and got one-shot by telekinesis in retaliation, and Qel-Droma was an emotional wreck and clearly not defending himself when Nomi Sunrider used the power on him. I'm not convinced the Jedi would be able to simultaneously trap potentially billions of Sith in a Wall of Light without leaving themselves vulnerable to gigadrain, Force storms, and other area-of-effect attacks from Sidious, Vitiate, Nihilus, and others.

It worked against Sidious, VOTJ Jerec, and Exar Kun already. Kun wasn't even solely directed at him either. If such an attack hit any Sith on the field I doubt they'll still be in fighting shape.
I'm aware of the individual pitfalls of the technique, but that doesn't speak to the potential of every Jedi in history combining their abilities to do this and beat down every possible individual attack. Might not hit the full army, depending how they fight but it's really not portrayed as something you can just beat back but only survive at best. Like if a big old Wall was coming at the Sith then it's hard to see them slip force attacks through that Wall until it stops. Especially considering it can just grab all the darkness of a planet and throw it in a lake so it can definitely be tangible against the Darkside.
Maybe one big Wall of Light attacks vs one big Force Storm would be more in order, but that'd be assuming the Sith work together.
Either Wall of Light or the Jedi get picked apart for their inability to do large scale attacks.

I'm going to go against the norm here and claim that the Sith would not only win but they would even stomp. Their area of effect attacks are much stronger than the Jedi. And Nihilus can Drain most of these Jedi in one go just like Katarr making it an easy Stomp for the Sith.

Sidious would probably unleash a massive force storm and most of the fight would become a contest of which side could control it.

This is interesting.
One thing that the Jedi are good at is that they are able to work with each other, and not get in each other's way. How they will approach the Sith, will make difference for them in the end.
The Sith have SIGNIFICANT FIREPOWER at their disposal but they need to come up with a strategy and mutual understanding in order to WIN. If the Sith are able to do this, then they will literally SMOKE the entirety of the Jedi Order no matter what.
DRAW (ALL) Jedi to one planet, and distract them with a large number of Sith on the surface. The Sith just need to move their select heavy hitters such as Palpatine (Dark Empire), Darth Nihilus (KoTOR II), Tenebrae (The Sith Emperor), and The Dread Masters, to a spaceborne platform above the planet, and then watch the show. LMAO.
If the Jedi also make necessary arrangements in a spaceborne platform to create a WALL OF LIGHT on the world below, the Dread Masters and Palpatine (Dark Empire) can deal with them from AFAR.
If the Jedi are able to board the spaceborne platform inhabited by the heavy hitters of Sith in FORCE, then they have a chance in taking these out before they are able to do much damage. Although, this mission might FAIL as well.
However;
If WE consider Tenebrae (Vitiate) incarnation, the CONSCIOUSNESS can SOLO the planet by itself in under a minute; it can function completely undetected. It can then join those in the above, to turn the tide there as well.
