Snoke is far superior in raw power.

Smoke likely ragdolls in all honesty. I wouldn’t be surprised if Kylo or Rey would beat Maul

Snoke ~ Sidious in power. In case Snoke needs an opening to ragdoll him (debatable), Maul's only chance would be to block his lightning and hope Snoke tires before him. Considering Sidious presumably would have outlasted Mace, I don't see this happening.

I see no real avenue to victory for Maul. Snoke is just too far beyond him as a Force user.

Casually dominating Rey with both TP and TK. Rey at this point is equal to Kylo as a Force user, as evidenced by their TK tug-of-war over the lightsaber moments later.

We've also seen him employ Force lightning, making him one of only 5 users of FL in canon (with the others being Dooku, Talzin, Sidious, and The Son, all well above Maul).

Maul just doesn't measure up here.
