LOTF Lumiya vs ROTJ Vader

Vader beats the everliving crap out of her.

i honestly dont know where to place lumiya at all in power, but aside from agility, vader has this in the bag.

According to Luke, she could be "slapped down" by Vader or Sidious, which speaks enough for her power level.

Luke frowned over that one. "Lady has to be Lumiya. She used to style herself the Dark Lady of the Sith ... after Emperor Palpatine and my father were no longer around to slap her down for presumption.

This doesn't say that Vader alone could beat LOTF Lumiya, though.

Seems pretty explicit. Luke names them both because they were both Dark Lords of the Sith as well as because both were, you know, kind of dead at the time.

i think he is referring to her in the past, BOD. she is clearly not that weak anymore, i think. idk if she is as strong as vader, but i wouldnt 100% discredit it.

did he meet her after they met, during the ROTJ epoch? cuz if so, he might be speaking an even stronger lumiya.

He was the one who killed her.

i know. after he got pissed off. but was that quote made before or after their final fight?

Before, I believe. Wouldn't really matter anyway, he fought her numerous times throughout the NJO era so he'd know what he's talking about.

Not only that, he fights Lumiya in the previous book of the LOTF series; Tempest, before making that quote in Exile. 

He knows what she's capable of at this point.  However, even without a quote implying Vader is > her, it's pretty obvious that Palpatine never saw potential enough in her for apprenticeship, and he has a knack for scouting talent.
