Exar Kun generally has better environmental feats than Caedus, but by overall scaling Caedus should take this. Maybe a hypothetical living JA Kun could win.

A truly peak (physical JA) Kun would definitely win. Leia believes Kueller is capped under a physical Kun, while Mara - who views Sidious as an all-powerful entity - says that Dolph has the potential to become stronger than the Emperor ever was. Add in the German Jedi Academy quote and Luke’s thoughts in Spector of the Past and we’re dealing with someone in the Sheev power tier. His powers are also much more combat-oriented than Jacen’s.
