Vitiate stomps. Given prime Vitiate is Valk, this is literally going to be a hypothetical fight between Lotf Luke vs. AotC Kenobi and AotC Anakin.

Vitiate wins.

Team butchers, tbh. Krayt is probably more powerful (scaling massively above prime Kenobi vs. being conclusively sub-PT Sheev) and a vastly greater fighter overall, so he should solo. Even if not (and I severely doubt that's not the case), Nihilus' uber TK will certainly turn the tide in the team's favor, and his vitiating aura would vitiate Vitiate, so the latter would just get weaker as the fight progresses. I don't see a scenario where he triumphs.
