Mace wins because Vaapad is so far beyond what anyone else present is bringing to the table, even if he is pre-prime.

Malak or Mace. Malak has the Kun scaling, but Mace is Mace. Depends on Vaapad or not. With full potency Vaapad, Mace can roll through Malak, but without it, they’d likely split.
