Probably council. Skywalker without DS can still go Zonakin if Sidious uses Dun Moch. Obi Wan, Hett, Vos, and Ti can provide a bit of backup. Everyone else serves as cannon fodder.

adding more fodder to the fight won´t change the outcome .
council members and masters are weak , their lack of skill and unability to arrest or kill sidious ultimately caused downfall of the PT jedi order .
 
most of these jokers don´t even deserve to be on the council or hold title of master .
if council membership during the wartime (at least) would have been chosen by skill only mace , yoda , anakin and maybe RoTS obi wan could be council members .
and the big trio together would end sidious instead of grounding anakin and fighting the sith lord separately with fodder/useless back up .

sidious fighting for his life could blitz them all .
zonakin/anakin going dark is their only hope here , base RoTS anakin has no chance .

They can probably subdue Sidious without sustaining any casualties if they launched a simultaneous Force attack. In sabers, they obviously can't attack Sidious all at once but they should be able to bring him down in the end, Sidious isn't immune to fatigue and fighting multiple opponents at the same time is very exhausting. One intangible not often brought up is that the more Jedi there are the more powerful each individual is as they can draw off each other's energy like a mutual nexus and boost their abilities - this phenomenon is referenced frequently in the Jedi Quest series, in numbers as few as 4.

The jedi council. If they think at least a minute they just combine their force power, knowing that this will be way more than just the mathematiccal addition of it: RIP Sidious.

Uh, just to clarify: when it says "where Anakin fought Barriss", are we talking about her room, the hallway, or the courtyard?
