If we assume Vos can perform that well vs Legends Dooku then there's no reason why he shouldn't win.

If we're assuming he could replicate that feat against Legends Dooku, Vos wins handily.

If Vos did that to Legends Dooku, then Vos takes it mid diff, if canon, Prologue HoT stomps.

Comparing Canon characters with EU versions isn't really reasonable. So far Canon Dooku is far below his Legends counterpart. It is real hard that he can replicate the same feats during DD against Legends Dooku.
