Which version of Darth Maul would give Count Dooku a better fight?

1). TCW Maul with his large velociraptor legs.

2). TCW Maul with his normal sized mandalorian legs.

Which one will Dooku have more difficulty with?

Any version of Maul from TPM onwards can give Dooku a good fight.

The question is not whether Maul can give a good fight, the question isn which cyborg Maul would give Dooku a better fight.
