I'm confident Malak can get to at least Arcann. Arcann's disproportionately potent defenses and (likely) comparable lightsaber skills should give him a good challenge though. My take on the Outlander and Vaylin are currently in flux so it's hard to say, but I'll tentatively say at least the Outlander beats him.

Arcann should take him.

What are everyone's reasons (besides Ant since he actually provided some)?

Arcann, while impressive has nothing on scaling above the likes of Kun, etc.Via scaling, SF Malak >> Malak > TOTJ Kun > JA Kun > Kueller > BFC Luke > crushing Vader’s fortress to dust and rebuilding it.

Kueller isn’t above Luke though. It’s already been made clear he would have been no match for Luke had it not been for the circumstances at play.

He would stop at 5, given what we know of him I don’t think anyone barring the very best of the era would be able to beat him. However, I’m equally if not more impressed with Arcann dominating the outlander which combined with the Knights of Zakuul’s unorthodox usage of the force would most likely give him the win.

Either stops at 4 or gets dropped at 5 faster than England from a World Cup.
