5 or 6. Dominating Vader, while not the best lightsaber feat, is still very impressive.

There is zero way Luke is getting passed 6. He can fall anyhwere from 3-5

Why not? Enraged Luke stomped Vader which isn't something I see Kenobi doing, and I don't see how Kit will play much of a role given that he's vastly inferior to both combatants.

Enraged Luke took down a conflicted Vader that didn't want to kill or harm his son and didn't use Force against him.

This, then, was Luke's breaking point. For Leia was everyone's last unflagging hope. If Vader turned his twisted, misguided cravings on her ...
'Never!' he screamed. His lightsaber flew off Vader's belt into his own hand, igniting as it came to him.
He rushed to his father with a frenzy he'd never known. Nor had Vader. The gladiators battled fiercely, sparks flying from the clash of their radiant weapons, but it was soon evident that the advantage was all Luke's. And he was pressing it. They locked swords, body to body. When Luke pushed Vader back to break the clinch, the Dark Lord hit his head on an over-hanging beam in the cramped space. He stumbled backward even farther, out of the low-hanging area. Luke pursued him relentlessly. - RotJ novelization
It doesn't necessarily refer to raw power, but Luke was definitely overpowering Vader through that, and it was a completely one-sided fight from then on. Who from 1-7 could replicate that?

TPM Kenobi could replicate it.

Rage moments like that seem to unlock more of one's potential. TCW Maul getting angry was able to make Sidious struggle in a saber lock; what would a RotJ Luke who was already Vader-tier according to like a dozen sources be able to do? Remember that Nick senses that 19 BBY Vader >>> Kar Vastor, and Pax says Vader moves faster than anyone he's ever seen except for Yoda.
I don't see many good arguments for the earlier gauntlet rounds beating him.

Probably because he’s a shadow, and his power loss was drastic after the injuries.

Vader being a shadow in comparison to his Sidious-tier self is hardly anti-wank for him.

I guess we can add Kenobi and Maul to shit tier as well.

Drastic loss of powers and being matched by someone of Anakin’s potential but a year or so of training IS though.

In addition to the aforementioned, unaddressed points, it's stated in sources that ANH Vader > Mustafar Vader. It would also be ridiculous for Palpatine to fail to find a single TPM-Kenobi tier replacement for Vader between 19 BBY and TFU, or for Galen Marek to struggle more against Shaak Ti than TPM Kenobi.
If you really want to scale RotJ Vader far below TPM Obi Wan, you'd also have to scale early-mid TFU Galen Marek way below TPM Obi Wan, which is absurd.
Drastic loss of powers
That just compares RotS Anakin to 19 BBY Vader.
and being matched by someone of Anakin’s potential but a year or so of training IS though.
RotJ Luke is clearly far more powerful than 29 BBY Anakin, so you can't draw that comparison. Their power progression curves aren't really similar.

I honestly wouldn't be surprised if he tried at this point tbh.
