Yup, happens in Dark Empire II

Vitiate killed countless beings on Ziost including many troops and Force-users on the planet while under his spell.

Darth Nihilus killed millions including hundreds of Jedi on Katarr.

Palpatine killed many with a Force Storm on Coruscant and thousands more with another over Da Soocha V.

The Dread Masters collective crippled entire armies and destroyed entire Republic fleets on different occasions in the Great Galactic War.
