Round one is RotJ Luke and peak Cade -- round two is Thrawn Trilogy Luke and peak Cade.

Could see an argument for Luke in sabers - although Cade is hardly shabby here considering he held his own against Vong Krayt quite a bit before reaching his prime, and Krayt should be a considerably better duelist than Vader even at this stage. Luke gets crushed in Force. Cade wins an all out battle.

Thrawn trilogy Luke wins, but ROTJ Loses

Luke's only chance of winning is if he goes into his rage amp mode. Outside of that, he loses in sabers in a good fight and loses hard in the Force department.
