So lets see. We have:

KOTOR Revan > SF KOTOR Revan > SF Malak with 8 Jedi lunchboxes > Exar Kun > Freedon Nadd

The gap between KOTOR Revan and Exar Kun is probably the same as the gap between Dooku and Savage. Not absolutely insane but enough to let him dominate in 1v1 combat. If we look at Dooku vs Savage and Ventress as an example, then Revan probably just barely scrapes out a win with the possibility of losing very real.
