What scaling? Some bullshit 80% nonsense that was debunked a few hundred years ago? Caedus cannot defeat post-boost Sheev by merit of his massive superiority to every Banite Sith ever, and pre-boost Sheev barely loses.  

There is literally no scaling that puts Caedus within the range of Post Boost Sheev, let alone defeating him.

This is essentially Aurra Sing+ vs Sidious all over again. I think it’s obvious who wins.

The debunking is the fact that the statement is unquantifiable. We don't know how much 80% refers to in relation to other characters. Furthermore, the 80% didn't refer to his actual power, it referred to his potential after he got in the suit. 

Palpatine after his boost was Plagueis++, who receives Banite scaling. Can you prove in any way that Caedus scales over him? Caedus gets stomped by ROTS and ROTJ Sheev, so it doesn't matter.
