Assuming the Outlander is the HoT as well as the fact that he has a portion of Valkorion's power after he shared it with the Outlander, I'd say he wins in a good fight.

Mace wins in a spectacular fight if his ROTS Vappad was dependant on Sheevs power to fuel it

Stomps if it was his own power matching Sidious with no strings attached.

Yeah, it was dependent on Sheev's power. Mace is stated to draw Sheev's power into himself and then release it back out, creating a superconducting loop which could have gone on forever. The important bits are that Windu has no control over the power that flows through him, and that he doesn't even exist as an independent being when he's submerged in the superconducting loop; it's all Sheev's power.

But I agree - Windu wins even without having a power source like Sheev to fuel his Vaapad. He's got plenty of power on his own.

The Outlander wins pretty obviously, Mace is a better match for Vaylin at best.

First day back and I find this thread. Must be an early Christmas present.

Mace in a great fight. The Outlander is incredibly powerful, but he’s not Sidious tier. Mace has displayed parity with Sidious even without Vaapad fuelling him, which puts him outside of the Outlander’s reach. That said, the Outlander gives him one hell of a fight.
