Gap between the Alliance Commander and everyone else (SWTOR)

The prevailing opinion at this point seems to be that the Alliance Commander is second only to Valk out of all the SWTOR characters. I'm curious as to how people perceive the gap between the Alliance Commander and everyone else (especially Vaylin and Revan), assuming you hold him above everyone else. If not, feel free to post your reasoning as to why.

I should say that I'm not necessarily looking for some formally constructed case here, rather just your basic opinion. The purpose of this thread was to more or less take a temperature check of what people think.
