Did Bane not get captured by mercenaries? Was Bane not almost killed by Worror Dowmat (a Jedi that chooses not to fight)? Was Bane not almost killed by a random creature in a jungle? All Bane's rain feat does is further escalate Maul and Jinn given that they're factually better than him.

Bro, are you really gonna hit me up with the Worror shit? For one, the Orbalisks are hyper-sensitive to strong electrical discharges. Bane was not anticipating Worror would throw up a shield and therefore didn’t concentrate his lightning into a sufficiently strong burst to break through the barrier.

So once again, you lose. Jinn and Kenobi do not scale from the rain feat at all bro.
