Both droids as seen in KOTOR II. To the death/destruction. All weaponry allowed for both sides (assume they are equipped with their standard arsenals). Starting distance of 15 yards, on G0-T0's shp.

HK-47 already tanked G0-T0's droid control ability so not much of a contest
