The whole Dark Council, Darth Nox, Lord Scourge and Darth Malgus are, for some reason, able to fight Darth Sidious. Can they defeat the greatest Sith of all Time?

Palpatine was never battle-tested to this extent and given his track record, he won't be able to outfight so many with his approach to combat. The answer is YES.

It is my point of view that Sidious could win in at least one of his incarnations.

If you consider Palpatine (Dark Empire) however then he can take out this Strike Team with a Force Storm from safe distance.
