Who wins?

Draay can give KF Vader a good fight. Kun can't.

I’ll make a small case for Draay here. He is stated to be able to give Vader or Bane a good fight:

Bane himself has quotes like these:

Or we can go on another route and say that the Draay-Vader quote refers to KF Vader. Which sounds much more reasonable, but i’ll let it slide

Yeah. Honestly the quote in reality does refer to KF Vader, but even if it doesn’t (which is ) it still makes Vader above Exar Kun, due to Bane scaling.

The case I just presented puts Draay around the same level as Valkorion, a person who would ragdoll Exar Kun. So your scaling chain here is entirely wrong.

Draay, per the admission of his own supporters here, being stated to be sub-suited Vader, not even ANH, makes this a laughable flick-wrist as Kun even as a Jedi is a more fearsome prospect to deal with than prime Vader. He's also laughably beyond him via Adas > Jinn > ROTJ Vader scaling and just roflstomps as soon as you get to his main set of feats.

When anyone from the KOTOR era can give tens of thousands of Jedi, including people like Thon, a 'titanic battle' and survive, come back to me.

For example, Wizards of the Coast disclosed in the KOTOR Miniatures series that Darth Revan was responsible for Darth Malak's injury on the face, and the latter returned the favor by betraying Darth Revan.
