That was canceled by Cilghal. We just left the thread open in case we wanted to pick it up again sometime in the future, but for now, it's dead.

ISV basically quit SW debating and won't be back for quite some time, and even if he does come back, there's no guarantee he'll respond. So, yeah, it's pretty much dead.

And ask SA about your debate with him.

I have no way to contact him given that he's no longer on SI.

First of all, thanks. As for the match, I would suggest not to start a SS if you don’t have the necessary knowledge, especially when it comes to an admittedly obscure character like Hamner. But if you want to pursue this nonetheless, I would prefer to debate against  either another NJO character or a PT councilor. Lastly, take into account that the debate won’t start in the near future, as I have other SS to finish.
