I felt like making a ranking to reflect my current general standing atm and dislike the rigidity intrinsic to a top 15 list, so Im bumping this thread. 

*People inhabiting the same tiers indicate they can all plausibly defeat one another. Someone inhabiting a different tier to someone else indicates they would likely lose or beat that other person, depending on if the tier they inhabit is higher or lower than the other person's.
