ROTS Kenobi vs Darth Plagueis

Just over 4 years ago I remember forums were trashing Evannova95 for pitting Kenobi against Plagueis ina vs video and laughing at the mere thought of Kenobi even contending with him.
Now things have changed and Plagueis's rep has slightly declined and Kenobi's has gone up over the years.
Who wins?

I don't remember him ever fighting Sheev

Kenobi evening out a hindered Anakin's TK push is more than enough to suggest that he's not getting ragdolled. For the people that argue that Mustafar Vader is the strongest version of Anakin that just further shows the Kenobi can handle Plagueis. Plageuis isn't getting past Obi-Wan's defenses and I don't see him overwhelming him in Force.

What's stopping Plagueis from ragdolling Kenobi like Dooku did?
