If Anakin is not allowed to center himself I'll go with Kenobi, who was hindered mentally and emotionally yet empowered physically. "Base" AotC Anakin is hard to quantify. He can more or less amp, pump himself, get angry, center himself, get inspired, or whatever you want to call it more or less at will. It's pretty amusing to see so many posters, not singling anyone in particular, make so many mountains out of a character getting angry when almost everyone gets emotional to some degree in a fight.
