Mace Windu vs SOR Revan

Mace. Just better overall. Revan's versatility isn't stopping him.

Windu is the more skilled duelist and can further capitalize on someone like SOR Revan using his Vaapad as SOR is very likely nearly completely fueled by the Dark Side resulting from his state of being.

I'd side with Windu.

Possibly Revan, but Revan still stands as a character that is hard to rank. Mace likely wins, with his Vaapad/shatterpoint being the deal sealer.

He fought the elite heroes of the galaxy although their combat effectiveness was greatly increased by Satele's battle meditation and Light Spirit of Revan helped them.

This 

With his humanity long forgotten and his face unseen, Marr's inner thoughts are impossible to determine. But his desire to leave a strong Empire behind him is unquestioned, and his abilities are second to none.
