Plo Koon vs Kit Fisto

Standard rules.

Yeah, no. TPM Kenobi is not > TPM Koon as a combatant.

Fisto has far better feats and hype.

Fisto

Plo fought Ventress under extremely unfavorable conditions and was able to disarm her of one of her blades and even force a stalemate. Fisto on the other hand, fought the same Ventress under normal conditions and got completely smacked. Plo’s performance is indubitably vastly superior to that of  Fisto’s performance.

I should also note that Plo has the clear edge when it comes to the force and how one applies it in combat.

You can’t compare the fights because Asajj vs Kit is ridiculously in Ventress’ favour whereas Plo v Ventress is in Plo’s favour tbh, broken arm allows him to enter a higher state of focus

Not seeing how Plo having to fight with essentially one hand tied behind his back is an advantage for him, lol

He beat Ventress mentally, she was more concerned with the objective whereas Koon was more focussed on defeating her and removing the detonator from her possession. Put them on an even playing field and Ventress wins

Fisto is just better in every way.

Even if that showing is legit Koon could very well have grown more powerful in the intervening years. TPM Plo Koon's low showings doesn't automatically lock him out of a feats comparison with his CW iteration, who's stalemating a more powerful version of the Ventress that beat Fisto, even if there may have been circumstances(not really sure about it atm) is a good indicator he wouldn't be beaten by TPM Kenobi at this stage.

Koon was more worried about BFR'ing the detonator then trying to defeat Ventress lol. So this notion that "Ventress wasn't focusing on beating Plo" and that" Koon was solely focusing on defeating Ventress" is wrong.

Yeah, that doesn't work. It is stated that Koon's biology enhances his mind powers considerably so that doesn't translate to higher force strength for him.

Not sure honestly. Seems like Fisto has gone beyond the limitations of his form.

You can't go beyond the limitations of your form, at least, not by conventional means. If Fisto does well against force users that is testimony to the fact that he is exceptional. That doesn't mean he wouldn't do better if he had a different form, or if he matches against a different opponent

He's overcome the basic limitations of his form by devoting himself to being unpredictable. That's a lot harder to counter than normal Shii-Cho, even with Makashi.

Scans for Fisto being injured? And Koon only had one arm, so he wouldn't have even been able to fight using traditional djem so. So no, I don't see Plo forcing a stalemate to be by virtue of having a form advantage.

The "Mind Powers" thing was a joke and a reference to the scan I posted where Plo Koon put Fisto into his place by telling him that his "Jedi Mind Powers Need Work". And considering that Plo told him this right after Fisto got smacked by some thugs in physical combat, he clearly isn't referring to Fisto's telepathic powers despite him saying "MIND powers". (Not that any of this actually matters tho, lol)
