Bastilla both rounds.
R1. Bastilla scaling above the entire sith empire and being comparable to Darth Revan impresses me more.
R2. Nomi is incredibly skilled, but Bastilla has far better battle med feats (using battle med to beat Revan/Malak repeatedly and causing a small republic fleet to defeat the Star Forge and its fleet.
