Komari Vosa could barely survive a battle against a wounded Darth Maul who had just been shot in his right shoulder. Meanwhile, Xanatos was a challenge to both Qui-Gon Jinn and Obi-Wan at the same time on multiple occasions, and he consistently fought as Qui-Gon's near-equal. Given Qui-Gon Jinn and Darth Maul are also almost evenly matched, this should put Xanatos in around the same ballpark as Darth Maul. Xanatos should win this, hands down.

Granted, this is just after a quick look through both character's Wookieepedia pages and a few respect threads. But I just don't see anything that would put Vosa above Xanatos.
