@Seturna Not exactly, but not because he's less powerful. Since he can't use Tutaminis properly via his hands, he'd have to use a lightsaber or stomp her with the Force. Revan was far more powerful than Nyriss, true, but he also caught her by surprise by throwing her FL back. Vader can't do that but he can pretty easily dominate her with the Force or outduel her. So yes he can defeat her pretty easily, but he can't do it with the same level of ease that Revan did given their physical (cybernetic) and situational differences.
