peak POD bane knows more powers than revan, albeit he isnt as skilled, and not as experienced. bane is also likely the more skilled duelist tho, cuz of his wank kasim wank statement. idk which one of the two is smarter, but ive heard that revan was a very good and famous strategist. bane seems to be faster and stronger as well, so ill go with him for now.

I would favour Revan.
If Lucien Draay is capable of giving a good fight to prime, DoE Bane, then he would give a far better fight to a pre-prime, PoD Bane, maybe even beat him outright. And Draay, while powerful in his own right, has never been stated to be one of KotOR's top dogs, while Revan has been stated repeatedly to be the most powerful Jedi of the time.

Fuck the Draay quote
Both Vader and Bane have comically better feats, hype and lines of scaling than Draay. It's basically saying that Bane and Vader are comparable and they are both not much above a possibly not even council-level minor Old Republic character, which would have huge ramifications on SW debating if people actually took it serious. (heck Draay did not even get proper training, he was trained by a failure of a padawan like Haazen and he never even fought a proper sith)
Both Vader and Bane usually are not depicted in their primes and their primes don't encompass much of their time as sith, it's uncertain that the quote was referring to their primes and a "good fight" can technically mean a lot of things, it could just mean continuing to stand up after getting ragdolled or impressing their opponent, but still be so below that they could blitz/one-shot. SImply parrying one blow or causing them to use 10% of their power would be a "good fight" compared to most. People should not put too much stock into a preview for a roleplaying game.
The fact that Draay "certainly" won't defeat either Vader or Bane also indicates a vast gap, considering that circumstancial amps, oneness and other outliers are not all that uncommon in Star Wars yet he is certain to lose regardless.

Revan dies, but Bane puts aside his lightsaber and proceeds to breaking Revan’s back before delivering the killing blow.

The quote's in the context of the Star Wars miniatures game. It's not talking about continuity.
