Tol Braga >> Warren Sedoru > Ven Zallow ~ Decieved Malgus >>> Kao Cen Darach > Return Malgus > Decieved Baras >> Lord Fulminiss.

Fulminiss casually mindrapes a group of Sith into insanity, alchemically-created Seeds of Rage that can passively cause planetary populations to burst into outright murderous insanity (alchemy is imbuing an object with an imprint of your own power) and was personally chosen by the Emperor himself for his preeminent abilities as a sorcerer and his raw power. Such was the Emperor's faith that he quite literally placed the fate of his Dark Ritual in his hands. Scourge further remarks that the use of Fulminiss by the Emperor is basically tantamount to the ultimate move the Emperor could make to ensure success.
