Probably Nihl. Ventress was not taugth to defend against lightning and lightning is probably Nihls most potent ability, given how he killed Kol. CLassic Ventress might have him beat in Sabers and Physicality, but still would not quickly overwhelm him, idk about shitty TCW nu-Ventress.

A side note, she was still able to catch Dooku's lightning during TCW

Ah okay oops , honestly I have only seen a bit TCW a while ago so my opinion on TCW characters is probably pretty worthless. (like the show imo) If I would have to guess I would probably still say Nihl given how heavily Ventress struggled against someone so far down the list of the best of her era as Luminara, compared to Nihl who he is one of the Top 5 sith of his order and killed a legendary Skywalker Grandmaster, but again I am evidently not super informed.

If he doesn't get blitzed Nihl might be able to........ oh right he gets blitzed
