Darth Traya* stomps Vos. Legends characters just scale too far above Canon ones due to how bloated Legends is. Heck, even if we ignore scaling and look purely at feats, Kreia has Vos beat. Casually defeating three of the Order's best Jedi Masters at once is far and away superior to Vos having a slight edge over Dooku.
