Yoda hitches a ride with Luke to Bespin, and the two Jedi confront Vader together. Yoda has his stick, but no lightsaber. Who wins?

Use the Force. We know from prior Force users like Vodo-Siosk Baas and that one dude Maul fought that Jedi can embue even mundane weapons with the Force, allowing them to block lightsaber blows with implements that shouldn't be lightsaber resistant. 

The comic Luke Skywalker and the Treasure of the Dragonsnake implies ESB Yoda can do this as well, as he had a sparring session with Luke using nothing but his stick against Luke's lightsaber (though we don't see Yoda blocking any of Luke's attacks in the panel, that doesn't mean he didn't do so off-panel).

There's no way Vader is solidly beating Luke lol. It was hard enough the first time.
