Is Nomi above Boba? She likely is given the amazing showings she has 

Meanwhile Obi Wan is unable to even beat Boba. Why couldn't he simply pin Boba to the wall? Why could Boba exploit an opening? Why will Obi Wan win against Nomi in that case?

Nomi's strengths don't come from direct combat. To my knowledge, she's never been depicted in a lightsaber duel against another Force user. Her primary strengths come from Battle Meditation and other obscure Force powers like Tutatminus and Wall of Light. She might have legendary power in the Force, but she just doesn't have the skill to compete with someone like Kenobi.
