Mustafar Vader is "as strong as The Emperor" - who is = Yoda in power - and is more skilled as a swordsman than the little green freak. Generally, he should win - Yoda's only shot is his totally fucked mental state.

@HeartoftheForce I don't think "brutal honesty" is a mental manipulation when it has been affirmed by a narrative point of view

Literally the next scene of Sids is him stating that he is deliberately goading Vader in order to awaken his drive to try and overthrow him. We know that Anakin is stronger than Obi-Wan on Mustafar. We know he is a 9 on Mustafar. We know the gap is enormous. 

Even if this wasn't coming from the mouth of a manipulative liar like Sheev, we have authoritative sources overriding it. So Sids is just plain wrong in that case.

Vader wins. Confirmed equal to Sheev in power by WOG (Who is at worst Yoda's match), with fewer flaws in his form relative to the other tier 9's. Neutral ground isn't an environment where Yoda can take advantage of his arrogance like Kenobi did so he'll get straight up outlasted.

Oh yeah, and the idea that Sheev's musings are legitimate evidence is laughable.
