R1-R2 > Fisto / Fisto's performance as of ROTS is much more impressive than Maul's against Palps.

R3-R4-R5> Maul / Maul's intense martial training and feats are way better than Fisto's who basically doesn't have any. And I do think that Maul's raw power is above Fisto and without any restrictions with Force attacks, he wins.

R6 > Either way

Leaning Maul in all rounds with varying degrees of difficulty, from moderate to high.

Maul; better feats, scaling, training.

Maul takes all rounds due to:

A. Better performance vs Sidious
B. Better feats/accolades/scaling in general
C. Higher tier in the Gillard list

Shadow Conspiracy novel shows that he starts ramping up the tempo of his attack towards the very end of their battle, when that happens Maul can't even perceive daddy, which heavily implies that daddy wasn't even trying earlier. Plus, everyone and their dog can tell that daddy was toying with sonny Maul because he's constantly laughing his ass off in the episode itself.
