Lol What? Legends AOTC Anakin takes Ahsoka apart. Even Anakin in Jedi Quest has feats that outstrip Ahsoka such as Obi-Wan saying his speed was greater than masters he'd seen.
Within canon are there still quotes saying Anakin challenged Dooku? I mean in the film Dooku's visibly tired but he had fought Obi-Wan before. Yet again it wasn't for that long and you could also say Anakin and Obi-Wan were tired from the arena.

2018 edition of Lightsabers: A Guide to Weapons of the Force do say that Anakin forced Dooku to give ground.

I don’t know much about legends but how is it possible for Anakin to win?
