One is relative to ROTS Kenobi, the other is beneath TPM Kenobi by quite a margin. Doesn't take a genius to work out Hett wins.

Galen has incredible raw power, and if anything sets him off he could theoretically punch above his base state and win the fight (like how he did against Ti in the TFU comic). However, if he doesn't, his standard power level is below Hett, and thus he loses - he's further off Vader than Hett is off Kenobi.

Marek could win, problem is he's unfocused and undisciplined. I would probably wager Hett wins, though I think he would lose hard if Galen unveiled his elemental fury full force
