TPM Maul and Savage team up against SoD Maul. SoD Maul is using his darksaber, team are using their saberstaffs.

TPM Maul is probably the smartest and TCW Maul probably doesn't grow a ragdoll amount. Maul dismantled the two opponents with Niman, no idea why he ever just switched to pure offense with Juyo, doesn't work for him

Yeah but Maul, even as of TCW, still retains his tactical ingenuity and methodical tactics. He uses methodical tactics against Obi-Wan on the turtle tanker by mentally unbalancing him through the use of psychological warfare, then sidesteps Obi-Wan whenever he lunges at Maul. Maul is also methodical with how he stomped Savage Opress; when Savage attacks Maul, Maul systematically dismantles Savage by slapping Savage's strikes aside whilst taking steps back (in a similar fashion to how Dooku did in Season 3), before disarming Savage and pinning him to the ground. Maul is also methodical in his brief duel with Judd, he goads Judd into letting go of his Jedi restraint and embracing his fury, prompting Judd to attack Mayl more aggressively, but Maul fights defensively and was probably feeding off Judd's fury. The only time he ever had tunnel vision was when he and Savage blindly followed Obi-Wan in the cramped tunnel, but that only happened because Maul wanted Obi-Wan out of his way because Maul was in the midst of building an army of pirates, a plan that was Obi-Wan was disrupting.

1. Was Judd that blue jedi? Because that dude didn't even come close to "embracing his fury". He makes maul think he's been goaded by hitting his lightsaber once and then leaves him to save a bunch of people while making fun of how he's half a man which gets Maul mad.Latham2000 wrote:Maul is also methodical in his brief duel with Judd, he goads Judd into letting go of his Jedi restraint and embracing his fury, prompting Judd to attack Mayl more aggressively, but Maul fights defensively and was probably feeding off Judd's fury.
Similarly, from the ahsoka novel, when he tries to goad ahsoka into using her anger it ends up backfiring on him as she gets him mad and makes him fall for a trap.
I'm pretty sure the only time tcw maul has ever successfully used dun moch was with Kenobi who had been tortured beforehand.
Maul's as shit at trashtalk as he is at fighting.

Yes, Judd was that blue Jedi. Judd visibly embraced his fury right here:
Judd: NAARGH!
Maul: Good. Give into that rage. Ignore the cries of pain from outside --
What's note worthy is that Judd abandons the fight once Maul points out that Judd is ignoring the "cries of pain from outside," so it's more likely that the reason why Judd suddenly abandoned the fight was because he realised it was more important to save other people. Judd insults Maul after this, saying that Maul is only half the threat he used to be, this annoyed Maul, but it did not make Maul go uncontrollably mad.
The Ahsoka novel is not a part of the Legends continuity, so it's not applicable here. Default rules of versus threads is Legends only, unless if the OP has specified, which the OP hasn't: https://www.suspectinsightforums.com/t9-star-wars-versus-guidelines-advice

10/10 manipulation by Maul. Tell the Jedi exactly what he needs to hear to break out of a rage. Master manipulator right there.
To answer the debate: the duo probably win. SoD Maul isn't massively above TCW Maul, so he'll be heavily pressed by TCW Maul alone. Throwing in Savage seals the deal. Giving TCW Maul a saberstaff just seals the deal.

Curry was bullied by a Maul cosplayer when he was a wee boy. Maul has far more high end feats than he does low end.

Yeah I guess team wins in a decent fight, SoD Maul is hard to gauge, he clashes blades with Windu for a few panels, get's kicked by Grevious and stalemated in others.

Goddamn, the jedi padawan is better at dun moch than maul is:
Crying padawan uses Maul's fear against him.

That padawan's use of Dun Moch actually backfired, the purpose of Dun Moch is to weaken their opponent's focus and connection to the Force by exploiting their inner demons. In the first image you're showing me, that padawan slams his hilt in Maul's via an abrupt surprise attack because Maul wasn't in a battle stance whilst taunting him, all what the padawan's actual taunts do is get under Maul's skin (which is already extremely easy because he's a Sith who lived on rage for 12 years during madness and despair), but it didn't make Maul lose his focus or lose his connection to the Force because Maul recovers and lands a kick on him 3 short panels later.
All what your second image shows me is that Maul getting really irritated when that padawan says Obi-Wan will find Maul, like a typical trash talking kid. Being irritated by someone's use of Dun Moch isn't a sign that their Dun Moch is successful because signs of Dun Moch being successful is if the target's connection to the Force is severed and loses their focus, this initially happens when Dooku taunts Anakin in the RotS novel because Anakin gets confused, but it later backfires because Palpatine opens his mouth and tells Anakin to focus his rage and to not be afraid of his anger.
