What does Luminara have that puts her above Quinlan Vos? Genuine question. I can't think of anything too impressive she's done that would put her above him.

Matching Ventress even for a time is beyond Vos

Outclassing AOTC Kenobi in speed by a fair margin is also noteworthy.

I’ve checked the feat again and I do admit mine was an oversimplified description as the feat was one of both agility and speed. Still, Kenobi couldn’t keep her focus, Anakin “looked in amazement and admiration” and Kenobi later admits he didn’t think he could have replicated it. Regardless of its comparison with Kenobi it definitely accounts for something against Vos.
